What if I was to tell you that you have the power to choose a different path after experiencing a loss? That you can restore joy back into your life. Grief and Loss affects millions of people every day and the effects of it can be detrimental to your well-being, especially your physical health!

I am not a stranger to grief and loss myself. At 16-years-old, I fell victim to a violent attack that took my innocence away and I lost who I was inside. I walked through life in complete denial and darkness. Then in 2013, while pregnant with my second baby, he passed away at 26 weeks’ gestation. I felt as though my life plunged downward even further. I convinced myself that happiness and joy was unattainable for me. After losing my son, I REALLY convinced myself that my life will always be full of sadness. But I was wrong!

I made a conscious decision to CHOOSE Joy again. I knew I needed to step out from my past pain and I WANTED to LIVE again. And I am here to give you the tools you need to do this through my therapeutic writing series. 

I know our life stories are different and the heart closes for many reasons, but just know that your heart can open again. My 7-week journal series can help you start!
